The Asia-Pacific Nazarene Theological Seminary (APNTS), based in Metro Manila in the Philippines, is the graduate school for the Church of the Nazarene in the Asia-Pacific Region. It also serves the South Asia field of the Eurasia Region of the Church of the Nazarene. APNTS seeks to prepare men and women for ministries through the development of both personal and professional attitudes and skills so as to enable analytical reflection upon Christian faith and life, and through the development of competencies in the practice of ministry. The seminary offers Ph.D. in Holistic Child Development and MA (Religious Education) in Holistic Child Development programs.

The Malaysia Baptist Theological Seminary (MBTS), based in Penang, Malaysia, was established in 1954 under the Malaysia Baptist Convention to provide quality theological training to Christian leaders committed to serve God in the church field. It is accredited to the Asia Theological Association and the Malaysian Association of Theological Schools. Since 2001, the seminary has been offering a complete Master of Arts in Holistic Child Development program through modular or part-time studies. It has since become the foremost graduate level training in holistic child development in Asia.
